Terms of service
Last updated 2026-10-01. These terms are what a checkout page links to, so they are written to be readable rather than to be long.
1. What you are buying
You are licensing software that runs raffles and giveaways in your Telegram groups. We are not the promoter of your raffle, we are not a party to it, and we do not hold, route, or touch your entrants' money. Entrants pay you directly through the account or address you configure. Our only charge is your subscription or day pass, billed by Stripe.
2. What you are responsible for
- Legality. Paid-entry draws, prize competitions and sweepstakes are regulated differently in every country and often by state. You decide whether your raffle is lawful where your entrants are, and you are the one who has to answer for it. Nothing here is legal advice.
- Prize delivery. Honouring the draw and delivering the prize is yours. The bot tracks claim windows and alternates to help, and then tells you when a claim has gone unclaimed.
- Refunds. Because we never received the money, a cancelled raffle means you refund your entrants. The dashboard gives you the list with their reference codes.
- Eligibility and consent. You set the age gate and the rules text; entrants' acceptances are stored as a hash plus the exact wording they saw, which is the only form of consent evidence that survives you editing the text later.
- Your staff. Accounts you grant staff rights act as you. A payment approved by your moderator is approved by you.
3. Acceptable use
We may suspend or terminate access for: scams and raffles that are not going to pay out; using the bot to collect payment details for a rail you do not intend to honour; evading a plan limit by creating accounts; or anything that puts our Stripe account or our Telegram standing at legal risk. Suspension is not a refund of the current period, and a dispute filed instead of talking to us first does not change that.
4. Billing, grace and cancellation
Day passes add a fixed number of days from the date of purchase and stack. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. A failed renewal opens a grace period shown on your dashboard; during grace the bot keeps running, because your entrants did not agree to be affected by your card. After grace the bot stops accepting new entries and completes raffles already open — we do not abandon an in-flight draw. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
5. Availability and the limits of software
We aim to keep the bot and the site up, and we publish a health endpoint and a status page, but this is not a hosted service with an uptime contract. If Telegram breaks, if Stripe breaks, or if our host does, a raffle can be affected. What we commit to is this: no draw result is ever silently changed, a re-draw is always a new record, and the commitment you published is the commitment we are held to.
6. Your data
Your raffles, entries, payments and prize data are yours. We keep them to run the product and resolve disputes, we do not sell them or use them to advertise anything, and you can export any raffle's entry list as CSV at any time. See the privacy notice for what is stored and for how long.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and it excludes prizes you promised entrants, money you failed to collect, and anything a regulator makes you pay. That cap exists because the fee for a raffle tool cannot carry the risk of the prizes, and it does not apply where the law says it cannot.
8. Contact and changes
We will tell you at least fourteen days before these terms change in a way that reduces your rights, in the bot and on this page. To reach us, use the support contact configured in your dashboard. Questions about a specific raffle should go to the host who ran it, because we do not have their money and cannot give it back.
