Plans, with the limits written down
Every number below comes from the plan record the bot enforces, not from a marketing figure kept separately. If a limit changes, this page changes with it.
How you get from here to a live raffle
Open the bot
Press start on the bot and sign in with the same Telegram account. No email, no password, no card yet.
Add it to your group and run your first raffle
Promote the bot to admin so it can post and edit the banner, then run “New raffle” in the group: title, banner, price, seats, prize tiers, closing time. Nothing exists until you publish it — there is no half-saved raffle sitting on a server, and the web dashboard never creates one behind your back.
Choose a plan and pay
A 30-day pass if you are running one event, monthly if the group is a habit. Payment is by card through Stripe and only covers our fee — entrant money keeps going straight to your own Venmo, bank or wallet.
Before you pay
How many groups can I run, and what happens when I hit the limit?
Whatever your plan says, and you can see the number on your dashboard as “3 of 5 groups”. Going over does not delete anything: new raffles stop being created until you are under the limit again, and existing ones keep running. Upgrading takes effect immediately.
If my card fails, does my group lose the bot mid-raffle?
No. A failed payment opens a grace period with the date shown on your dashboard, and the bot tells you in Telegram. Only after grace does the bot stop taking new entries; a raffle that was already open is completed rather than abandoned, because your entrants are not responsible for your billing.
Can I export my entrants?
Yes. Any raffle's entry list exports as CSV — ticket number, Telegram id or username, entry status, amount, reference code, review timestamps. It is your member data; we keep it only to run the raffle and settle disputes.
